In short: if you click a "Check price" link and buy something, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price. It never changes which station we recommend.
How we make money
Will It Run? is free to use. To keep it running, we join the affiliate programmes of the brands we compare. When you click a price link and then buy from that brand's store, the brand may pay us a small share of the sale.
You pay the brand's normal price. The commission comes out of the brand's share, not your pocket.
Programmes we take part in
We are applying to, or are members of, the affiliate programmes of:
- EcoFlow
- Jackery
- Anker SOLIX
These programmes run through affiliate networks such as Awin and Impact. Until a programme approves us, links to that brand are ordinary links and earn nothing.
What this does and doesn't affect
- It doesn't affect our recommendations. The tool always recommends the smallest station that passes all three checks for your devices, whichever brand makes it and whatever its commission rate.
- It doesn't affect the stations we list. A station with no affiliate link would be compared on the same terms.
- We don't receive free products or payment from brands for being listed.
Prices and offers
We don't show prices, because they change often. The brand's own store shows the current price and any offers when you click through. If we ever show a discount code, it will be one the brand has given us, and we'll say so.
